After it is enclosed? When would this happen?
They used the former US Festival stage to create Videopolis in something like three to four months. It seemed very temporary back then. Over the years, though, they've added more and more to it. After 22 years, I guess it's not going anywhere too soon.
So if they enclose it, I hope they finally make it feel more permanent.
