It all depends on what cm's you come across.

i can't believe the employee just shrugged(in response to world epcot). I would have a little talk with him. For the most part, i've seen my fare share of rude disney cm's as i'm sure you've seen your share of rude universal cm's.

Re: Theme Park Insider's Robert's latest....
Another lame article posted here to start an argument.I don't understand the reasons behind posting an obvious anti-disney article on a pro-disney web page. This should have been posted on a universal fan page...if there is any.

Re: Theme Park Insider's Robert's latest....
It was posted in the proper forum, "Other theme park destinations", maybe we should ask Michael to remove this thread or request that we only talk about Disney to aviod further bickering or bashing. **rolls eyes** This is getting so old...

Yup. Us Disney fans have been out for Universal blood ever since a bunch of Universal fans hacked onto our names and made these posts.....

And not all Disney CM's are top notch, but I've seen a lot more top notch CM's at Disney than Universal. But I have been extremely happy with ToT and RotM CM's, both have really gotten into their roles and make the experince alot better.....
Whoops, I guess I wasted my time making this post, since you saw right through my "blah blah blah" argument. Darn.....

Wasn't it the "blah,blah,blah..." argument that got oj of the juicer?

Re: Theme Park Insider's Robert's latest....
a guy I work with told me a few months ago that him and his mother were on the tram and she had a medical problem and the CMs on the tram basically didnt care. They wouldnt take steps to get her off the tram, she had to wait it out...He said he will never go to USH again.
Disney goes out of the way to give guest satisfaction. USH has never been known to do this. I recall someone losing their keys on the Studio Tour in one of the tram cars, and they went to customer service, and the employee just shrugged. Yes, there is nothing wrong with that.
Im not sure what the medical problem was,I beleive she was having trouble breathing, she was obviously elderly.I am not saying all USH CMs are that way,but Ive heard horror stories, this is just one of many.

Re: Theme Park Insider's Robert's latest....
the shows "SHOULD" be good enough to sell themselves,Fantasmic doesnt need to be "sold",niether does Pirates of the Carribean, good attractions and shows dont need to be sold to the public, they sell themselves.Since USH feels the need to sell thier shows tells me that thier product isnt strong enough to sell itself or the cast members dont have faith in the product.Just my opinion.
Give that honor to the crew at Universal Studios Hollywood. I've never seen a group of employees try harder to sell their shows

STEP 1:This should have been posted on a universal fan page...if there is any.
Look up.
STEP 2:
Read the forum title.
STEP 3:
Walk away with your head down.
And I could make a list, but you'd apparently rather be shot in the foot than actually look at any of them (Oh! A Universal site! I gotta take a shower now! Must wash away evil!), so what's the point?
