The one thing I will never miss going on when I am at USH is the Studio Tour, it is great for repeat guests. The route always changes during to filming schedules, and things are always changing....

Re: Universal Studios Hollywood Adds Movie Sets From Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds
Say what?!?!?!?! Since when can you bring beer aboard?
Personally, I'm sick and tired of the same two people complaining about USH as I am of the same few complaining about DCA. Why don't we just all shut up?? What's the old saying...if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?
Darkbeer, I'm fired up to see this!

For a long time, all food and beverage are allowed on the Tram...

Can I recommend the 20 ounce Bottles... some of the tram ride gets bumpy, and having a lid to screw on is a good thing.... Unless you like wearing your beer...
I am trying to change my schedule to get up there soon, and plan to ride the tram twice, once on each side, so I can check out all the sets....

Re: Universal Studios Hollywood Adds Movie Sets From Steven
Ever so true. I find the one hour experience to be very enjoyable and pleasing. The Studio Tour is a huge reason why Universal Studio is what it turned into and why I personally like going to USH. Also, knowing that the studio is a real life working and historic place only adds to the authenticity of the experience.

It's always been very interesting to me. Like other posters, I too think it's the one thing I have to do at least once per visit.

NOTE TO READERS: YellowMan has been known to joke around from time to time. Please don't take some posts by him to their full, literal meaning. Doing so will most likely end in one of the following: making a fool of YellowMan, making a fool of yourself, making a fool of Ronald Reagan, drymouth, or in rare cases, death. Thank you and enjoy your stay.

Re: Universal Studios Hollywood Adds Movie Sets From Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds
The tour is about the one enjoyable thing at USH. The only thing i hate about this, is that they ruined the setting for the bates motel. Before it used to look creepy by itself with the house up on the hill. The set is not very creepy anymore because you have this aweful out of place whoville set right against it. At least the Jurassic set and the War of the world set look creepy but the whocille set with all the bright colors and snow just ruined the effect of the other sets.
