At risk of and accomplishing MattO and Wallyboag hating me for missing the meat, cinder and I headed back to Sea World for a full day of Shamu fun.
We arrived around 1pm, flashed our Premium APs amongst other body parts, and parked for free. Since I had already bought my AP the night before, we headed straight for bag check. The line we picked happened to have an older woman CM who must have worked for the FBI or something because she was going through every tiny pouch of every single bag. Once we figured out we weren't going to get the action of a hot strip search, cinder and I moved lines where a teen boy with braces and schnarfing down a Starburst quickly checked our purses and waved us through.
The next stop was a mad rush to the free beer stand. Watermelon Smirnoff for me and Amber Bock for Cinder. Back in line and more beer for cinder.
Then we took the long way over to Journey to Craplantis. After discussing whether or not to go single rider since we are Premium, we noticed that the line was only 15 minutes and decided to go together. Romantic? You bet your butt!
The queue was kind of pretty with the browns and blues. Cinder commented on the ground:
"Isn't the ground pretty?"
"Uhhh...what's with all the gum."
"Dude, they are shells."
"Oh, I thought it was gum. I can't see very well."
I was extremely trashed from half a cup of Smirnoff. I may be 400 lbs. in my trunk, but I am a light weight nonetheless.
Anyway, we finally got to the front of the line and they loaded us into the third row. The CM loading wasn't very smart because the front row was empty. Push button, make Craplantis go.
We headed up the lift and there was some mystic voice talking about some junk, saving Altlantis something, something. I had no idea what was going on. There as a nice view of the parking lot.
Then we dropped like Splash with no theming and went around the corner into this room with some kind of TOT mechanism. We clicked in and started heading up with mystic music, cartoon whales around us, and that voice saying some more crap about something that I wasn't following. Then the door opened and we went around the tracks and it was over.
Wow. What just happened? Nice work hiding the speakers, freaks.
We walked off and looked at the real spotted dolphins which happened to be the best part of the entire attraction. I'm glad they let the short bus work for Sea World's version of WDI.
Then we saw the Clydesdales. It took me way too long to figure out they are the Budsweiser horses. Seriously, I'm dumb.
Since we were hungry, I got a churro for $2.79, four cents more than Disney. I tried to negotiate the Disney price, but no luck. I'll be going to customer service about this next time I'm there. Cinder got a beer for a snack and we were set to go watch the Shamu show.
After heading around the corner to go get seats, we ran into this mean CM:
"We want to go see the Shamu show."
"You are going to have to go around the other way."
"But..."
"Just go that way."
"Okay."
We went around and sat down and saw that people were getting in the way we originally tried to go. She obviously couldn't regulate that well and we were too trashed to fight her for it. I assume she used to work in the Premium parking lot and DLR and couldn't chase down the normals fast enough on a golf cart. Sucka.
Since crowds blow, cinder and I sat at the very top of the stadium. The trainers kept introducing all 10 whales as Shamu.
"Here is Shamu!"
Whale goes jump.
"Look at Shamu!"
Whale makes splash.
"Good job, Shamu!"
Whale pushes trainer.
And so on. C'mon now. Can't you think of other names for whales? I mean, it's not that hard. I can name all of the whales in under 10 seconds. I guess you can't expect a lot of creativity from an amusement center owned by beer.
Since cinder is a cat and I enjoy the friends, we went to Pets Rule! which was super cute. There were many woofs and meows and even though I could only pet one, it was good. Aminals are nice.
Then we went and got cinder another beer and headed over to the Surf store to get shirts for our men who couldn't join us today as they were workin' hard for da money. Our 10% discount as we are Premium was fantastic.
Sunburned and happy, we went home.
You can find us at DLR in two weeks.

Ok, so here's my take....the morning begins with me flexing my large muscles. Stinky watches my fabulous display of softball, having to move my huge truck only once, due to the fact that my V8 is going to get a pelota throught its window.
After that we roll to Sea World, and once again I'm looking hot. H O T people!!! I have dirty legs and everything. We roll through the world of water, Stinky told you more than I ever could. The only thing I remember is meow meow meow, woof woof woof. Late.MouseInfo Moderator

I haven't been to seaworld for years.I drive by it all the time in my boat and I've seen the cirq show from the bay, but That's as close as I get. But now that I've heard they have free booze I'm thinking about going. Perhaps you ladies can feel me in on all the details about the free booze. LIke how much can I get, where can I get it, and once I've had too much which show is best to streak through?
...the value of an idea has nothing whatsoever to do with the sincerity of the man who expresses it.

You can also return later for more freebies. I have noticed that they don't seem to notice return trips. They are mostly concerned more with underage drinkers than keeping track of your freebies
