Then I read a lot more. Cedar Fair seems to have overpaid for the Paramount parks (10x EBITDA). Six Flags is legitimately looking to see if someone will be willing to overpay for Magic Mountian. $400 million to $500 million as a going concern or $300 million + for the land. If so, they'll sell. If not, they'll keep it.

Or so it seems to me now.
