    The more than 5,000 members of ThemeParkInsider.com are pleased to announce their picks for the best in theme parks around the world this year. Here are the winners of the 2003 Theme Park Insider Awards:

    WORLD'S BEST THEME PARK: UNIVERSAL ORLANDO ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE
    Islands of Adventure repeats as winner in this category.

    BEST THEME PARK FOR KIDS: LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA
    The Carlsbad park wins the inaugural award in this category.

    BEST DARK RIDE: THE AMAZING ADVENTURES OF SPIDER-MAN (Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure)
    Spider-Man captures its second straight "best ride" title.

    BEST ROLLER COASTER: INCREDIBLE HULK COASTER (Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure)
    Hulk holds off a charge from local rival and second-place finisher Kraken, at SeaWorld Orlando.

    BEST RESTAURANT: MYTHOS RESTAURANT (Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure)
    Mythos captures the title from last year's winner, Disneyland's Blue Bayou.

    BEST THEME PARK HOTEL: DISNEY'S GRAND CALIFORNIAN HOTEL (Disneyland Resort)
    Disneyland gets one back, as the Grand Californian takes the title from Universal Orlando's Portofino Bay Hotel.

    ThemeParkInsider.com's more than 5,000 registered users rated and reviewed attractions around the world over the past 12 months to determine the winners. Each member was permitted to vote only once on each attraction.

    I really enjoyed Mythos when I went there two years ago. The food and service was excellent!
