Mad T Party soft opened on Friday to a packed house and we've got a look at all the goings on with photos and video!
For those who were not able to make it out, here's a look at opening night...

Tweedles man the entrance to the Rabbit Hole and oversee this dance party Wonderland which gets curiouser and curiouser the farther in you go...

Including live performers on stilts....

Energetic dancers...

And... this. We are calling it Rainbow Caterpillar. More on this colorful artist later.

Of course, there are spirited libations for you to fill your Mad T-cup. Get your fill here at the Drink Me Bar.

A look at the menu which offers up Mad Long Island Ice T, Mad Hat-ito, and Croquet Tinis. Glow cubes, of course.

The less adventerous can try ice blended non-alcoholic treats such as these at the House of Cards bar.

Get them in a Wiggly Yard, a Mad Hat T-cup, or a Mad T Party Sipper.

The Mad T Party band takes to the main stage to rock the night out. The band consists of stylized characters inspired by “Alice in Wonderland,” including the Mad Hatter as lead vocalist, Dormouse on lead guitar, March Hare on bass, Cheshire Cat on drums, Caterpillar on keys, and even a special appearance by Alice herself who takes a solo or two.

Alice and Hatter are surrounded by color.

The area is absolutely visually bananas.

The Mad T Party band's playlist is all over the place with hits to make you dance.

When the band goes on break, the DJ's step in.

White Rabbit DJs, that is.

When the band leaves the main stage, the House of Cards stage comes to life.

Video screens come alive, lights start going and then things get entertaining...

Energetic dancers are fun to watch. After them is the Rainbow Caterpillar performance art piece. Reminded me of DCA's early days with Three Bags Full. I still miss DaVine.

Do you play croquet?

Venture over to Stage 12 and you'll find the Mad Arcade offering up tokens to play the games.

Tokens are adequately themed.

Hat icon on the back.

What's great here is that every single game is themed to Alice in Wonderland.

I ask again, do you play croquet?

They are hoping your answer is NO.

Two KINECT areas are available for play. For Free!

Try it out, loads of fun!

Chess table foozball.

Everything is completely customized for the party.

Helpful advice as you exit the Mad Arcade.

You can get your face painted!

Glowing glittery faces made here.

The event was quite popular for opening night.

Awesome lounge chairs throughout.

And to commemorate your trip down the rabbit hole you can purchase a variety of merchandise made just for the event.

And now the wearables. With price tags exposed for your convenience!

THE END!
