Disney Video Beta launched offering super compatible HTML 5 video player and streamlined layout

Disney is preparing to launch its own fully owned and operated video site that will be home to a wide collection of videos to watch online. The Beta site is available now to use and promises to offer full length episodes of your favorite Disney shows, music videos, movie trailers, and more.

The high-tech new video player on the site was developed in web (and mobile) friendly HTML 5 for a consistent experience on any device with a uniform look and method of operating. Any modern browser capable of rendering HTML 5 should be able to play the videos without installing any kinds of software.

The site also shares a partnership with YouTube where a large number of their already-existing videos are still accessible and easy to search.
