At approximately 4pm today 57 years ago, Walt Disney dedicated a small patch of former orange grove in Anaheim as a place where you leave today and enter a world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy. That small patch has since developed into the Disneyland Resort, a world-renowned destination that includes two theme parks, three hotels, and a shopping district.
