    Full interview with Odeya below...

    MouseInfo:
What attracted you to the role of Joni?
Odeya: I immediately fell in love with the story. After reading the script it really motivated me to be a part of the movie.

    MouseInfo:
There is an instant connection between Joni and Timothy, why do you think that is?
Odeya: People are blown away by looking at Joni, she is someone spectacular, and I think the character of Timothy recognizes that she is unique like him.

MouseInfo: What was your favorite part of filming?
Odeya: I loved filming the underwater scene.

MouseInfo: Did you and CJ hold your breath the entire time for that scene?
Odeya: Yes! We actually practiced a lot with weights underneath our bathing suites, and we also practiced holding our breath. We got up to holding it to a minute and thirty seconds.

    MouseInfo:
So was that the most difficult scene to film?
Odeya: Actually that was probably the funniest thing to film!

MouseInfo: What do you do to prepare for a role?
Odeya: Well with Joni I grabbed characteristics from people I know and as well as myself. I didn't really study anyone in particular but I tried to make her as much as myself as possible.

    MouseInfo:
In the film both you and Timothy have something unique about yourselves. What advice would you give kids that feel odd or unique like Joni and Timothy?
Odeya: Don't let anyone hurt you. You are who you are and that's beautiful. People are attracted to confidence, and who is making these rules, on what's acceptable or not? If you accept yourself, everyone else will.

MouseInfo: How do you think Timothy impacted Joni's life, even though he was only with her a short time?
Odeya: I think you can see that throughout the film. Joni softens, she opens up. Especially at the end he's opened her life and made her happier. He definitely made it ok to be who she is.

MouseInfo: The Odd Life of Timothy Green is a mostly serious movie; did you guys do any pranks on set to lighten the mood?
Odeya: Not really, we were just really nice people and loved working with each other.

MouseInfo: So it was a good experience working with Jennifer Garner and the rest of the cast?
Odeya: Jennifer is so sweet and generous. It was an honor to work with her and the rest of the cast.

MouseInfo: Do you think her role as a real mother helped her play Cindy?
Odeya: For sure, the way I saw her interact with her kids on set, she definitely brought that into her character with loving Timothy.

MouseInfo: Can you tell me about your upcoming role as Mary?
Odeya: Well Mary Mother of Christ is the movie, and it stars Ben Kingsly and Peter O' Toole. It comes out March 2013.

MouseInfo: Do you have a favorite Disney movie?
Odeya: The princess movies of course, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, but I also love Mary Poppins and Edward Sissorhands.

MouseInfo: Do you have a favorite Disneyland or Walt Disney World attraction?
Odeya: I actually never have gone. I moved from Israel when I was 9 to Alabama and now I live in New Jersey, so I still need to go!

MouseInfo: What are some of the cultural difference between living in Israel and here?
Odeya: Well when I first lived in Alabama it was slow paced, everyone was so nice. New York and New Jersey are much like Israel. Bigger, fast paced, more what I was used to in Israel.

MouseInfo: Is there anyone else you would like to work with?
Odeya: Yes! A lot of people! Meryl Streep, Natalie Portman, Al Pacino, Kate Winslet, Leonardo Dicaprio.

MouseInfo: What about Mila Kunis? Does anyone say you look like a younger version of her?
Odeya: Yes! My friend actually calls me Mila. She is so beautiful so I can only take it as a complement.

MouseInfo: Thank you so much Odeya for taking time out to talk to us today, it's been a pleasure.
    Odeya: Thank You!
