August 28, 2012 - Pirates League, and Fantasmic Glows with the Show

This weeks update is a little early this week so we can bring you coverage of the Annual Passholder Fantasmic Glow with the Show Event. But before the event, we went around the Resort to check on some ongoing refurbishments and construction.

Earl of Sandwich is making some progress on construction, Fantasy Faire's construction is picking up the pace, and the princess are almost completely gone from the Fantasyland Theater.

Signs about the Disneyland Half Marathon and its impact on Magic Morning.




Construction continues on Fantasy Faire canopy.




This new building apart of Fantasy Faire has new steel framing.

L' Ornement Magique is also closed during the Pirate League transformation.




A peek inside, the Disney Parks Blog were pulling lucky guests to be apart of testing and photo shoot.




The Haunted Mansion is now closed for its transformation into Haunted Mansion Holiday.




Signs and mesh cover the fence of Haunted Mansion to let guests know of its closure.

Construction is still ongoing at Earl of Sandwich, not now the center kiosk is gone.

Walt Disney Travel Company Downtown Disney location. This location has weird hours, and usually is closed by 2:00PM.
