• New in-park Cinderella character costume unveiled at New York press event

    UPDATE: We just received word that the new dress will make it's official debut at Disneyland on Sunday!

    We mentioned a few weeks ago that the Disney Park character costumes for Disney Princesses are getting redesigned with Cinderella being the first of the batch. Today at the Limited Time Magic press announcement, a new photo was released showcasing Cinderella in her new gown.

    Updated for a more modern audience, the new dress is completely redesigned and also includes a new wig fashioning her trademark bun into a looser more modern look. You can see after the jump her current costume which is a much more literal translation from her appearance in the film.

      I actually really like the new one!! Seems more authentic to the movie to me

      I never liked the old wig but I don't know that I love this new one either.
