• A look at Disney's Halloween Festival offerings at Disneyland Paris

    Celebrating its 20th Anniversary, Disneyland Paris has modest plans for this year's Disney's Halloween Festival. There's also an interactive castle stage show called Mickey's Halloween Treat in the Street! which encourages kids to play along with Mickey and pals in their Halloween costumes. There's also Jack and Sally's Cemetery near the Phantom Manor where you can meet the infamous couple from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

    One of the more intriguing additions is the meet and greet mini-show called Goofy Bonbons Bewitching where smoke rises from a strange candy-making machine and spreads across Town Square. Invented specially for Halloween, this strange machine lets visitors into the secret of how bonbons are made and also get the chance to meet Goofy in person.

    Disneyland Paris celebrates its 20th Anniversary in style with spookily spectacular Halloween Festival

    Attention lovers of thrills and shivers of all ages: from now until 4 November 2012 Mickey and all his friends are preparing a one of a kind Halloween party to mark Disneyland Paris' 20th Anniversary. With decorations, shows and characters galore, the festivities are taking over the Disneyland Park for a whole month to create the ultimate « Halloweenesque » atmosphere!
    Prepare to be plunged into an extravagant atmosphere that only Disneyland Paris knows how to create. Children and grown-ups love being scared and having fun with their family or friends during this Halloween season is certainly worthy of this special anniversary.

    This year Disney's Halloween Festival promises laughter and fun with visitors being treated to a vast array of entertainment to die for including a warm(ish!) welcome from a whole host of pumpkins, ghosts and other wicked spirits as they enter the Disneyland Park, not to mention guest appearances from Mickey and his closest friends on Castle Stage in Mickey's Halloween Treat in the Street!

    Disney's Halloween atmosphere is immersing the whole park with themed decorations flooding Main Street, U.S.A, in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and Frontierland. Not to mention, pumpkins in the shape of Mickey's head taking over Central Plaza.

    The action kicks off with the Terrorific Night, scarier than ever, on 26 and 27 October in the Walt Disney Studios Park, followed by the unmissable Disney's Halloween Party in the Disneyland Park on 31 October.Other not to be missed shows available to see every day include:

The Disney Villains in a fabulous new show Disney Dreams!Disney Dreams!, the fabulous show created for Disneyland Paris' 20th Anniversary, is performed every evening and is THE show that is not to be missed - a real concentration of magic, never seen before at Disneyland Paris. The only one of its kind in the world, this nighttime show combines the latest technology with the most spectacular special effects.     Mickey's Halloween Treat in the Street! Halloween is the perfect opportunity to have fun, be frightened and dress up! As it turns out, Mickey and his friends organize the best Halloween Party on Castle Stage: every day Mickey and Minnie Mouse dress up as vampires, Donald Duck puts on his mischievous little devil costume, Chip and Dale dress up as ghosts, Goofy as a clumsy skeleton and Daisy Duck puts on her "bat" dress. On the program : how to play the Hula Hoop with Goofy, catching bats with Donald Duck, learning how to fly like ghosts with Chip and Dale... Mickey and Minnie Mouse play the referees in this series of games led by their expert friends. Disney Villains Mix and MingleThe Disney Villains play an important role in the new evening show Disney Dreams!, but they also meet Disneyland Paris visitors during the day for a special moment : Halloween is the only time in the year when they can be proud of being so wicked and mean, and they show visitors just how wickedly funny they can be!     New! Goofy Bonbons Bewitching smoke rises from a strange candy-making machine and spreads across Town Square. Goofy himself designed this machine, and Goofy Bonbons is a unique invention, brightly coloured and with a special sweetness!     Jack and Sally's Cemetery (from Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas )The famous couple from Nightmare Before Christmas asks Disneyland Paris visitors to come and meet them, but the meeting promises to be mortally enchanting! The decor recreates the universe of the film, and Jack and Sally in person welcome those who are courageous enough to enter their cemetery. Jack and Sally's Cemetery is a unique place, specially created for Disney's Halloween Festival, and is a faithful reproduction of Tim Burton's universe.Venue: Next to Phantom Manor -- Disneyland Park

    The frenzy of the street attractions and lively shows planned for the Disney Halloween Party promise some wonderful surprises for Disneyland Paris' 20th Anniversary. Visitors are invited to come in costume(1), and they discover the Disneyland Park as they have never seen it before, with mysterious decorations and a thrilling atmosphere. And to end the evening on a sublime note, the Disney Villains invite visitors to their new evening show Disney Dreams!, specially created for Disneyland Paris' 20th Anniversary. A unique experience to enjoy with the family or with friends, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.*Paid event: 35€ per person, free for children under 3

    Terrorific Night: scream with terror on 26 & 27 October 2012!
    Following the huge success of this event in previous years, the Terrorific Night are back and take control of the Walt Disney Studios Park once again on 26 & 27 October 2012 from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., for new experiences in an ever more terrifying world...tension, suspense, scenes worthy of the greatest horror films and Machiavellian games... everything has been designed so that visitors thrill to a mortally unforgettable atmosphere! *Paid event: 35 € per person -- Not recommended for children under 12 Costumes, Masks and face-paints are prohibited

    Halloween Legends take over Disney Village* from 26 October to 4 November 2012
    There are all sorts of Halloween legends. Legends of witches and fairies, of elves and trolls, of spirits and vampires. All these various mythical creatures live throughout the year hidden in the most secret corners and nooks, deep in the forest. They throw spells, do magic tricks and mostly love to play jokes on us...But this year these legends will come to life on the Podium and in the central alley of Disney Village...*Free access to Disney Village / Dinner-Show prices: Information & reservation at 01.60.45.71.00.

    And that's not all; there are a number of exciting new features that have been launched specially for the 20th Anniversary that visitors can take advantage of including Disney Magic on Parade! - a fantastic new parade designed especially for the 20th Anniversary where Mickey and friends don their magician's costumes to celebrate their magical powers under a sparkling shower of lights, colours and music.

    Other delights include the chance to meet Mickey in person backstage in Fantasyland where he will pose for photos with fans. Not to mention Disney's 20th Anniversary Celebration Train, which brings Disney characters to meet guests in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
