It's no secret that we're secretly excited for WRECK IT RALPH, the new CG animated feature from Disney which is out in theaters later this year. After seeing the first few minutes of the film last year at the D23 Expo I was instantly interested.
Disney recently released the new teaser poster for the film done in 8-bit style of the retro video games which is the world from which this movie emerges.
Ralph (John C. Reilly) is a video game baddie from the era of Donkey Kong and Pac Man. He smashes buildings in the realm of Niceland while Fix It Felix Jr. (Jack McBrayer) is the local hero repairing buildings and saving people.
Living on his trash heap, the 643 pound Ralph looks to change his destiny. Jumping through the electric plugs in the old arcade, he is able to visit other video games for a shot at redemption and another life.
Wreck-It Ralph is due in theaters this November.
