Cinco de Mayo for most people today has very little celebratory connection to the 1862 Battle of Puebla in which the Mexican military defeated the French. Instead, it's become more of a celebration of Mexican pride and culture.
There's no better way we can think of today than to say HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO with Disney's original Three Caballeros: Jose Carioca, Donald Duck, and Panchito.
