Disney Interactive last week announced STORY, a new storytelling app for iPhone and iPod touch that turns photography and video into personal narratives. STORY accesses the photo and video library on your iPhone or iPod touch to automatically organizes them into digital experiences which can be personalized, saved and shared.

Disney recently released new concept art from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen, featuring the kingdom of Arendelle trapped in eternal winter.

The Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree has been a big hit with Disneyland Resort guests offering a taste of the old west with a dose of fun eats, character greets, and more. This summer, Disney is rebranding the offering as Woody’s All-American Roundup in an attempt to lure more guests to the off-the-beaten-path location of Frontierland.

Jessie and Woody will join the ranch for Woody's All-American Roundup beginning June 14.

There has been a lot of hype surrounding the upcoming AGENTS OF SHIELD television program. ABC has already confirmed the show for the upcoming season following the story that starts where MARVEL THE AVENGERS left off. A new teaser is available giving a peek at what fans will see when the show comes up later this year.

Clark Gregg reprises his role as Agent Phil Coulson who, it would seem, did not ultimately meet his end at the hands of Loki. A new teaser site is available at agentsofshield.com.

As the official theatrical release of MONSTERS UNIVERSITY inches closer, the marketing campaigns for the film are slowly starting to make their presence known including with in-theater displays.

Two large sized photo-ops can be seen in theaters nation wide promoting the upcoming Disney-Pixar flick; the first features a setup of the university's iconic gates and the second is a fun student ID photo-op that puts you in the picture. The former offers a bunch of great student posted signs giving a look at life on campus.

Last week, Disney Interactive provided in-depth look into the Pirates of the Caribbean Play Set within Disney Infinity through an all new set of character images, action screenshots and a gameplay trailer featuring both Play Set and Toy Box modes.

Pirates of the Caribbean will be part of the title’s starter pack that is launching on August 18, along with The Incredibles and Monsters University.

MONSTERS UNIVERSITY opens enrollment in theaters on June 21, 2013!

Princess Merida was officially welcomed to the Disney princess family in a special coronation ceremony held this morning in front of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.

In attendance was Gymnastics gold medalist Gabby Douglas along with Sophia Grace and Rosie (viral sensations who got their start on ELLEN) along with a few famous Disney royals including: Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana and Rapunzel.

As with all the other Star Wars films, Star Wars: Episode VII will have its film production based in the UK. Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has been touring several locations and is no stranger to the UK having worked on films such as Raiders of the Last Ark and War Horse.

Star Wars: Episode VII will be directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Michael Arndt and is scheduled for a 2015 release.

We shared at the beginning of the month that Disneyland Resort would be including GLOW WITH THE SHOW program in the Magical Fireworks show. Disney today released a video from a special Glow-ears-only section on Main Street, USA.

The special fireworks viewing area on Main Street, USA, is reserved for "Glow with the Show" Ears owners! Ear hats are likely not going not be distributed, instead guests who already have a pair of ears will be allowed entrance on a first come first serve basis. The special viewing area dates are May 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19.
