Disney has unveiled the official site for WRECK IT RALPH and it includes a dandy section that lets you play the classic arcade game from the film, Fix It Felix Jr. The fictional game from thee 1980s poses you as Felix the Handyman who repairs the buildings that Ralph wrecks.

Earlier this week, Disney unveiled the official trailer for Wreck it Ralph offering a peek into the video game world of the film that is full of great cameos from classic video game characters.

"Newsies" has now been on Broadway for several months and it's been playing to pretty positive reviews. Based on the 1992 cult-favorite film of the same name, the new show brings the charm and catchy music to the live stage.

Expanding the film into a full stage-worthy musical is obviously no easy task. Alan Menken, who helped create the original songs for the film, returned to work on the new score and create new songs for the musical. Apart from creating new songs, expanding the show also included lengthening some of the existing ones and altering lines to better fit a storyline modified for the stage.

Not all lines here were modified striclty for the story, though. Fans of the movie who can recall singing along to their cassette decks might find quite a few very minor changes through-out the various numbers that were made to clean up the lyrics and make the very non-risque original lines even more Disney-friendly.

From 2007 the Disneyland Resort has been expanding to make room for more memory-making for guests and to expand to a fully multi day Resort experiences. The five year expansion saw the creation of a brand new entrance for Disney California Adventure and also a new land based on the Disney/Pixar movie "Cars" that will officially open June 15, 2012.

Disney has released a series of new photos of Carthay Circle Restaurant & Lounge showcasing the beautiful interiors of both the upstairs Restaurant area and the downstairs Lounge area. Celebrating "Opening night at the movies" during the Golden Age of Hollywood, Carthay Circle Theate is a spectacular new landmark at Disney California Adventure park that will open officially on June 15th.

Disney has released publicity shots of the upcoming Radiator Springs Racers attraction at Disney California Adventure. Set to open June 15th, the new attraction will be sending guests on a high-speed adventure that includes a course through the new Cars Land expansion.

Buena Vista Street is rapidly moving along on its construction time-table to meet the June 15th deadlines and while the exteriors are very visibly nearing completion, the interiors for the shops continue to work at an equally frenzied pace to make it for the grand unveiling next week.

These images from a few weeks ago were just made available to us and show a look inside the new entrance area as construction crews work to bring a romanticized version of Los Angeles the way Walt might have seen it in the 1930s.

June 15th is just around the corner and as we look at new photos, leaks, and official releases from Disney we slowly start to get accustomed to the beautiful new additions to DCA. These two time-lapse videos by Disney show a look at the construction progress of both Cars Land and Buena Vista Street.

Disney recently released some marketing B-Roll in anticipation of the upcoming Cars Land expansion at Disney California Adventure. Within the video we get a look at the completed areas round the new land including a look at the main boulevard with up close looks at signage round the land and a bustling Cozy Cone motel area.

In 2002, Lilo and Stitch was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the Academy Awards. It lost to Hiyao Miyazaki's now famous Spirited Away, and frankly, I'm annoyed that they were released the same year.

Since the Oscar category for animated features was introduced, Walt Disney Animation Studios has yet to win. Ironic, as without Disney there would be no animated features.

Disney still kinda won, as it is Studio Ghibli's distributor in the United States and responsible for bringing us their brilliant Miyazaki films, including the lastest, The Secret World of Arrietty. This and two other Ghibli films made their Blu-ray/DVD debut on May 22, courtesy of Walt Disney Home Entertainment.

Disney Interactive today announced a November 18, 2012 launch date for the highly anticipated sequel Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. The announcement came at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

In celebration of the newly revealed launch date, industry luminary Warren Spector and Disney Interactive’s Junction Point are showcasing never-before-seen areas of “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” and an exclusive exhibit presented by D23: The Official Disney Fan Club at the Disney Interactive booth (South Hall #1001) at the E3 Expo will feature artifacts from the Walt Disney Archives that pay tribute to characters featured in the video game.
