As a multi-media conglomerate, the Walt Disney Company arguably has some of the world's most sought after media. This is no secret to Disney and so figuring out the right (read: most profitable) ways to share the media with consumers is always top of mind for the company.
While most of the focus has been on Disneyland for its upcoming 60th Anniversary, Disney California Adventure is getting in on the action as well. When the Diamond Celebration kicks off May 22, the popular MAD T Party will rock again.
During the Diamond Mad T Party, the main stage explodes in a swirling kaleidoscope of sparkle, shine and sound. The Mad Hatter has assembled the most amazing and talented band this side of Wonderland, featuring live contemporary and classic rock favorites as well as newly mashed-up Disney tunes given a rare Mad T Party twist! And when the band is not onstage, the White Rabbit DJ takes over and plays the latest and hottest dance tunes around.

It's been a while since our last in park pictorial (life will do that, sometimes) but our visit yesterday was as fruitful as it was tiring! Apart from covering the Blue Carpet World Premiere of the new TOMORROWLAND film due out in theaters May 22 (more on that soon), we walked around both parks for an ongoing look at new construction and refurb projects.
The real reason for visiting though was for a look at the highly anticipated Hatbox Ghost (more here) who not so quietly made his debut yesterday at Disneyland's Haunted Mansion. The creepy figure of fan legend made his triumphant return much to the applause of Disney fans across the social media sphere.
We also took some time to just ENJOY the parks and even stopped to enjoy the Pixar Play Parade and take in a couple of rides (other than the 6 we took on the Haunted Mansion, that is!) So sit back and relax as we take you to Disneyland!byPublished on 05-10-2015 12:00 PM
Disney recently unveiled a new TOMORROWLAND EXCLUSIVE MOVIE SNEAK PEEK at Disneyland showcasing a 20 minute look at the new film. The preview is in essence an edited down version of the film's opening act and then it ends with a trailer.
The venues 4D capabilities are used subtly in sync with the film including rumbling, water splash, fans, and lights.
For fans of the 1964 World's Fair, there is a good bit of it shown in the film's opening and a new display at the Disneyland exhibit features several pieces of the artwork created to support the recreation of the idealized 1960s vision of the future.
