Disney Cruise Line has announced a brand new musical coming aboard the Disney Magic. TANGLED the musical will be coming to the stage with brand new music by composer Alan Menken and lyricist Glenn Slater.
Elaborate costumes, groundbreaking puppetry and stunning set designs transform the 977-seat Walt Disney Theatre into a fanciful Bavarian kingdom, immersing audiences in Rapunzel’s world and making them feel a part of her story. Disney assembled an all-star creative team to develop this extravagant production, with director Gordon Greenberg and choreographer Connor Gallagher joining Menken, Slater and a bevy of top-notch theatrical talent.
TANGLED THE MUSICAL will premiere during the Nov. 11 four-night Bahamian sailing aboard the Disney Magic.
Today, Disney Cruise Line has announced its itineraries for 2016 and for the first time ever, Disney Cruise Line will be sailing to the British Isles with ports in Scotland, England, Ireland, and France. In addition, they will also return to Norway with the popular Norwegian Fjords cruise.
Disney Cruise Line will also return with its popular cruises to the Mediterranean, Alaska, Caribbean, and Bahamas. Bookings for the new itineraries open to the public on March 26, 2015. More details can be found on the Itineraries and Ports for 2016 page of disneycruise.com.
Guests taking a cruise with Disney Cruise Line this year will be able to experience special port adventures when on their Norwegian Fjords sailings. Guests will be able to explore the culture of Viking history, and Norwegian traditions.
Of course, guests will also be visited by Anna and Elsa from Disney's FROZEN. Only Disney guests are invited to a Norwegian summer celebration at the Sunnmøre Open Air Museum where the festivities culminate with the grand arrival of the beloved sisters and their ice-loving companion, Kristoff.
The 2015 Norwegian Fjords sailings are from June to August, 2015.
This summer, the Kingdom of Arendelle extends its reach even further with a bunch of new Disney FROZEN entertainment options including scavenger hunts, character greets, and themed dining and even a new land-based offering with Olaf’s Summertime Freeze party on Castaway Cay.
Elsa will even overtake the Atrium Lobby during each cruise on one special day with an icy takeover complete sparkling icicles and more. Plus, those taking their Disney Cruise Line to Norway will have the option for land excursions that bring in even more Frozen tie-ins.

Offering more than just a fancy dinner option, REMY has recently expanded its collection of offerings aboard the DISNEY DREAM and DISNEY FANTASY ships.

As part of DVC Membership Magic, there will be TWO special DVC Member Cruises aboard the Disney Cruise Line in 2015: the traditional 4-night Bahamian sailing and the first-ever 7-night Member Cruise to Alaska.
