^ I would love if they did something to the carousel and that fountain although I do like the fountain is just like to cementy(is that a word? lol)
I wish they would release one peice of concept art of the new building. Greatpics Ex. I hope it does indeed end up something like that or a bit like the Boardwalk Inn at WDW.

Knowing Disney they will be cheap. You gotta remember this ride is being installed in Disney MGM Studio also. I doubt they will create 2 seperate facades for both parks. They couldnt even keep the name different. It will be somthing that will fit into MGM studio. I dont think that victorian building would fit in to Disney MGM Studio. Looks brilliant in DCA, but MGM...

For those complaining about costs. Do any of you know the costs of this project for DCA? Do any of you know what the exterior building will look like?

Paradise Theming...
Hey Michael,
No I don't know what it's going to look like. Do you? C'mon... give it up.
You mentioned Del Coronado style earlier... give us a little more skinny to shut these complainers up. And satisfy people like me who are wanting to see some artwork!

Artwork...
Not for me... I'm one of those people that know it's going to be Mictorian in nature. I just want more details as to what it's going to look like.
So another question Michael... have you only heard the description of what it will be or have you actually seen artwork showing what it'll look like?
Hmmm???

Your concept looks cool, ExClub, but I wonder if it would be a bit strange. A massive hotel complex being dwarfed by a coaster?
I support the victorian style and detail, but I would like to see more of a traditional Coney look or something along those lines. In the video I posted a while back, there is a cool portion of Luna Park at night. Maybe something like that would be nice.
What ever it turns out to be, I just hope it compliments and fits PP and has plenty of beauty, detail and quality. Judging just by the ambitious ride concept and supposedly large budget, I'm sure that the Facade will live up to considerable standards. You don't just tear down an ugly building to build a new ugly one.

I'm not suggesting the building be as big as the Hotel del Coronado. I'm just using it for style. Think of it as a small scaled-down version of the hotel using forced perspective, the way Neuschwanstein Castle was used for Sleeping Beauty Castle.
I think the vagueness of the first picture I posted shows that better than the second, as much as I tried to make that one work....
