It's probably a Pixar strategy to keep their name out there and relevant. If anything, they probably see it as more important now to keep their brand name separate from Disney since Disney now owns them. Their track record thus far is unflawed while Disney's isn't so perfect.

It really bothers me that the lighting on Screamin has not been maintained. Parts of the coaster look so dark and it was awesome to see its colors from both inside and outside the park

That bothers me too, you should take a look at Ariels Grotto at night, every other bulb is burnt out. They really need to stay on this stuff,it takes away from the overall look of the park.

Perhaps it's being intentionally deffered until TSMM is completed.

I'm starting to wonder how they're going to take down the Mickey on the loop AFTER the ride is open. Seems like it'll be a daunting task.

Yeah... seems like it would've been easier right when they strated. It's not only going to be removed, but also replaced with a new sign. Maybe the figure it can be done over night over a few days...

It probably won't come down in one piece,Im sure they will somehow dismantle it and take it off the Screamin' structure in pieces.
