I just don't get it. Will have to see it in good sunlight. It looked just as odd in person under the cloudy skies.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

Walt Disney Imagineers Get Creative With Ariel’s Hair at Disney California Adventure Park Disney Parks Blog

Wow, nice but not what I had expected.

The twirled up hair one just looks weird, especially with her dancing but I have to give props for them trying at least.

From concept art to mock up and now through testing, I still don't get the twisted hair, the figure never spins... it just looks weird. I guess in context it will work.

Wow! I'm so pumped up for all of this. I JUST realized that I haven't even been on Toy Story Midway Mania yet.

I can see how they are a ways off with the programming, but the figures themselves look great. Such talent.

I don't think the hair looks weird. I think once it is in the context of the scene with the lighting and effects, it will look appropriate. I get a feel of what they're going for...

As for the building color palette... that's still a head-scratcher. But I don't think they're quite done. It looked like one side of the main building still had an area where it looked like they were still figuring out what they want the final accents to be.

I LOVE the new paint on the rotunda

Ariel looks like she ate a giant cotton candy that went straight to her hair...

So there's going to be a couple of animatronic Ariels in the ride, anyone know if there's also a place for a Mermaid Ariel Meet n Greet?

It looks much nicer under regular sunlight although still quite stark...
