I also heard a rumor that construction will start in April, but that seems too early. I'd rather them get done with all of Paradise Pier then rush through it and start working on The Little Mermaid

i say the sooner the better. What's the point of having a closed attraction if no work is being done on it.

    AMEN!!

I realy can't wait for TLM construction to begin.

For me, that is when I will start to get excited.

i want to see construction begin on an actual attraction.

The last Golden Dreams showing was on sunday so maybe they'll start clearing it out and starting construction soon.

The sooner construction starts, the sooner we know without a doubt that the project is a "GO!"

^ Why wouldn't it be a go? The whole reason they're relocating the SF bathrooms is because the current ones are going to be demolished for the new Ariel building. I'd also assume that's why major demolition hasn't started yet for the new attraction because they can't close the bathrooms yet and most likely want to do all demolition at once.

Things so change- and bathrooms are good to have for WoC. I do believe they will build it, but I always like to see steel and concrete!

That is a goo question. At one point they were going to re-theme the facades to match the Mermaid structure. That was when the first artwork for the mermaid was released. Now that the new facade for the attraction has a more new england approach than a whimsical theme I wonder if they might end up staying as is
