The actual DVC Villas are to the right of the roller coaster and won't even notice it. They are on the right side of the red column in the middle with viewing area at top. Look here at mintcrocodile's photos.

While some of the hotel rooms (left side of the red column in the middle with viewing area at top) can see the roller coaster, they will still have a view into the park and the WOC show. See here

Just need some trees to block it.

i like the idea of the open air queue. The long covered area in front of the building looks like the extended queue and looks nicely done.

i think thats going to be a very good looking building. i wonder what the glass in the middle of the building will be though. it seems like thats gonna be a focus of the building, or at least mildly attention getting.....

from the look of the model it almost seems like the vehicles will pass through a long corridor right along the front wall and glass. Makes me wonder if the vehicles iwll be visible from outside or if the glass wall will be backlit similar to the way they did the lighting for the Animation building

I had a thought that it'd be awesome if that large glass area was the loading area. It'd be nice for the loading area to be in a corridor shrouded in a blue hue from the huge blue stained glass window along the length of it.

I bet those windows will be awfully reflective, stand by those suckers too long and i could see one heck of a sun burn. if you are the inside, that would just get hot, like being stuck in a car with the windows up. even if the A/C is on, it never seems cool where the air isnt moving directly. but that would certainly be cool if it could be worked properly.

looks like the old restroom structure is completely gone now. all the structures are completely gone except for some rubble. The mural is still standing
