I don't know if this has been mentioned, but construction walls are going up around what will be the viewing area for World of Color, this Monday. It will be completed in December

It depends on what time of day those shots were taken. Those stores open like an hour after the park does.

I always hated those stores. They looked so tacky. Are they closing the store near Ariel's Grotto?

Most definitely some of the best interior themeing of any shops in the Resort. The CuriosiTees shop, Treasures in Paradise, and the GRR store are just amazingly done inside.
