    When was the last time you went to DCA?! Try going and looking at all the construction going on. There is only so much guests are willing to put up with. They need to take some of the current walls down before a whole new section is blocked off by more walls.

    Thats why they have the BlueSky Cellar to explain whats going on. Guests will just have to deal.

    that is not how you want to act towards a paying customer.

    "Sorry your steak is cold. Just deal with it." would not fly in a restaurant just like how a theme park with everything closed down and torn apart is not ok. Im excited for the changes too but it has to be done in phases to please the guests. Im guessing you don't work in any customer service fields.

    Well no but I mean these are the same paying guests that complained DCA was lacking,so they should be happy that Disney is improving the park no? Guests cant have it both ways,you cant complain about the place being lackluster then complain when they do something about it Guests just have to understand.

    I think the people that mostly complain are the ones not paying full price or have annual passes. LOL

    Well Isnt the new entrance going to be open sometime late summer or fall? i am just not sure of the year.

    The new entrance is suppose to debut along with Mermaid in 2011 for DCA's 10th anniversary year
