I really think it was mostly a matter of logistics. Paradise Pier has appealing attractions so it's busy, but it's also in the back of the Park where most work can be done without disrupting normal operation.

When they were planning on creating a temporary entrance while work was being done on the Entrance Plaza, trying to figure out optimal guest flow must have been a nightmare.
    i like you .

but don't you think that if they had started with the entrance first people would come in and after seeing the entrance al gussied up had been disapointed that the rest of the park was still the same.

I almost certain that most guests would think what a let down, they redid the entrance but did nothing else to improve the rest of the park. Wow more stores and restuarants.

now if they go in and see that there are attractions popping up they might feel like the park is worth the ticket price. The entrance will be the icing on the cake.

I think working from the back was better because thats a low budget area plus they started during holiday season.

has anyone heard what the latest plans are for inside the Carthay.
I remember hearing that the Walt Disney attraction was back on but haven't heard anything in a while.

I'm not holding my breath on this one, though I'd like to s33 something go in there

If they want to do WDS or even throw Golden Dreams back together in there I'll support it, just so they don't leave it empty

it's going to have to walk the fine line of having a relevant and classy attraction while not being so popular that you hit a huge line right at the front of the park.

Though a return of a far better Golden Dreams could come out nice, it shouldn't go in the Carthay Circle Theater. Give homage to Walt, and then Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln can just be about him, and not the Disney Story Featuring Great Moments.

I love Animation! I hope there are no ideas to get rid of that, because, once again, it's something Disney did right in DCA, IMO.

Needs a bar and A LOT more seating. Then it would be a wicked AP lounge.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."
