I hope so, it would distract riders on the launch if they had star fish and stuff on it

Read back a few posts. Ismael basically explained that CA Screamin' probably won't be seeing any changes anytime soon. That kind of stuff (if at all) won't come until Phase 2, which won't be until 2012/13.

If it ever changes. I have my doubts- unless they do it as part of a major refurb once there are more attractions.

I have a strong feeling that something will be done to screamin and the carousel but last i had heard not this time around. Lets hope I am wrong but i hope they really plus the attractions they are working on first and later find fundings for other attraction beautifications.

I'm wondering now, and hopefully this isn't just wishful thinking... As far as I understand (and I could be completely off), either each park or maybe each resort has a yearly budget that not only goes toward upkeep, but can also be used for enhancements. The money for Phase One would be above and beyond this money I think. Now, this year it seems likely that this budget would be rather minimal, just enough to keep things running basically. Hopefully if things get better, say next year, that budget won't need to be so tight. So my question is, could enhancements for Screamin' come from this possibly? Am I way off base?

You can start saying goodbye to California Screamin's Mickey Head starting today! Most of the left ear is gone!

So have we found out if there will be any enhancement to Screamin at all?
Queue or otherwise.
I don't realy consider just removing Mickey as an enhancement.
Also, what about the eastern end of the Pier?
Is that still going to happen?

The rumors I've heard is that nothing is happening to Screamin' during this phase, but who knows things could have changed.
