These are some interesting pictures, I'm very curious what they are for.
I guess the days of "cheap" Paradise Pier are over, and the new land will be nicely themed like it always should have been. This is exciting!

It's probably just a thematic wave-break.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

So, I'm guessing the wave machine will return? I hope!

I hope so too. I enjoy an occasional splash on Screamin' every now and again.

That picture of the real wave break is extremely freaky.

It's amazing. Themeing in DCA? Especially in Paradise Peir? I'm astonished!

Still screwed up with the ferris wheel. Way too modern looking.

yep I was really looking forward to the garish look of the real historical Wonder Wheel how dare Disney dress it up :P
I personally think they did a good compromise for mixing with the origional wonder wheel is with a Disney touch and a few elements to make it more magical :B
the Pier really needs more shade but I'm glad to see it's building more and more with the small details.
