I wouldn't be surprised if the face ends up onstage for a day or two (tarped over, of course) before it goes up over night.

BTW, Abe, if you dont' want to junk up your photobucket you could always upload those types of images to your MI Gallery!

    www.mouseinfo.com/gallery Then click UPLOAD.
Its actually already been cluttered since the construction of monsters inc in DCA, but ima upload here in the future! thanks dlfreak.

If you look at this picture from Darkbeer you will see even more scaffolding in the way.

I just can't see how they can crane the face in with all of that scaffold in the way. I imagine them putting up the face the way they took it down, in pieces.

Supposedly the face will be brought up in pieces and placed in sections.

yeah that thing is big. They must be bringing stuff in from backstage and placing them directly in the bay.

Imagine how heavy that piece of equipment is. I am surprised they were able to bring it in on stage without damaging the concrete on the parade route.

Maybe someone that knows could tell us if the added weights on that crane are brought in separately then placed on the actual equipment

what is interesting to me is seeing how Mickey's Fun Wheel is a little bit taller than California Screamin'. I've never noticed that before or maybe I just didn't think about it.
