    If they paint Mickey, I'm sure they will cover the scaffolding with tarps or plastic as they work. Of course the wind may be an issue if they do cover it.

    I am pretty sure that the face would 2D. The 3D head may have been a concept, not everything is final you know.

    I doubt they would put 3d elements in without a backing of some kind. I think we should all just wait and see what happens.
