I agree with what has been said before. How can yous say that this redo was a waste? Is the average person going to say "I'm very dissapointed that this queue was not redone to it's full potential, therefore I will not ride." or wll they say "Ooh, look, it's Mickey!" and run right to the wheel? The new wheel looks so amazing and brings so much life to the pier. And I agree, saying that this was a waste is shallow.
So to those of you who think this was a waste: Should the ride have stayed the way it was?

Why would you spend extra money on a ferris-wheel queue? It's not Indiana Jones or Tower of Terror. It's a Ferris Wheel.
Spend the money on Carsland or TLM queues where it counts.
The thematic changes on the Fun Wheel are good enough.

No, that's the penny-pinchers slogan. Believe me....if WDI had their way they would've gone all out on everything. Alas, the penny-pinchers trimmed the $1.6 billion initial proposal down to $1.1 billion, so adjustments had to be made. Tis reality at its finest, not a lack of creativity.

If adding characters to the four corners of every park is considered WDI at it's finest than WDI lost it's creativity along time ago.
