Disneyland Resort Commemorates Third Shift Cast

On February 3, approximately 1,400 third shift cast members from throughout Disneyland Resort were celebrated during a World of Color-themed breakfast at the Disneyland Hotel in the early hours of the morning. These cast members, who work while most people are sleeping, do everything from landscaping to maintaining attractions to cleaning streets. The cast was acknowledged and thanked by their leaders and Disneyland Resort President George A. Kalogridis.

“Every morning the curtain goes up on the Disneyland Show – thanks to our third shift cast members who work through the night to get our parks ready for our guests,” said Disneyland Resort President George A. Kalogridis. “This celebration is just a small way we can say thank you, on behalf of our cast and our guests, for everything that they do throughout the year.”

Cast members enjoyed a hearty breakfast, an opportunity prize drawing, a special preview of World of Color and a thank you gift.
