In dlp you really shouldn't miss CinéMagique, the gem of Walt Disney Studios that is easily overlooked by many people.
Actually Tom we are fans of musical theatre and we have booked tickets to see Les Miserable when in London. My wife and I have seen it already but both daughters are very excited for their first time viewing. We have spoiled them a bit by already taking them to Phantom, Sound of Music and Lion King (Toronto) and Wicked (LA and San Francisco).

Cinemagique is on the adgenda for WDS.

Our plan is to check out of our Paris hotel on Sunday morning and take the RER to DLP.
Arrival time will be around mid day.
Our room at the Sequoia will probably not be ready (I assume) so we would grab lunch in the Village and hang out till the room is ready.
This plan is based on both parks being busy on a Sunday (again I assume)

All day Monday would be DLP and Tuesday morning till about 1pm would be WDS.

    Sound about right?

In terms of luggage storage should we get a locker at train station or will the Sequoia store them for us?

    Thanks

Oh, yes! Les Misérables is one of the best shows ever!!! But if you have time left, Love Never Dies is the sequel to the Phantom and so beautiful, it's drama all the way, but if you like Les Mis, you love drama It plays at the Adelphi Theatre. Billy Elliott is beautiful too, but it's almost always sold out!

From the centre of Paris, the RER will take you in approx. 45 minutes to dlp (Marne-la-Vallee station, if you leave from Châtelet Les Halles, you don't need to transfer). Sometimes the rooms in dlp are ready early, otherwise the hotel stores luggage for free.

You will not have enough time in WDS if you spend only the morning there. Lines for Crush's Coaster are always long and you cannot see that one, CinéMagique, Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and maybe Animagique in 3 hours I think.

Why do you want to spend time in Disney Village, when the parks are a 3 minute walk from there? DV is ugly, there is nothing to see. Depending on your park tickets, if you can enter the parks, go eat there and spend some time there. You can check in into the hotel, put away your luggage and get your hotel key when the parks close (or in between, whey you need a rest). dlp is open untill 23:00 o' clock, you can catch Fantillusion and do some attractions on sunday! It would really be a waste of time spending it in Disney Village...

When you leave, you can store the luggage in the hotel, but it may be better to store it at the train station as you will lose valuable time in going back to the hotel and going back to the train station (the station is a short walk from the parks). Remember that French people are not the quickest ones on this planet

    New touring plan proposal:

    1) Arrive mid day from Paris on Sunday - drop bags at Sequoia - head to DLP for the afternoon - check in and have dinner at hotel - return to DLP for the evening.
    2) On Monday get up early and go to DLP for morning - go to WDS for afternoon and do everything possible except Crush (long line) - dinner and evening in DLP.
    3) On Tuesday check out - leave bags in locker at train station - go to WDS at opening to Crush and anything missed - go to DLP (for at least one last look around) catch train at 2:50pm

    Thought/Advice/Opinions always welcome

Also if anyone has stayed at resort hotel and had breakfast included:

How do a "select a time" for breakfast?
Can I do it now (7 weeks out) or do I wait until I check in?

    Thanks
    Max

That plan is way better if you ask me But if you walk trough the parks, you can change, you have a park hopper, so you can do what you like at the moment.

You select a time for breakfast at check in, but if you have nothing to choose but a time you don't like, just choose something and go the time you like, they can't en will not refuse you if you show up late... [but don't tell anybody]

Just a really general question regarding cell phones for anyone out there who has gone to France and England.

Canadian cell phone companies charge large roaming fees for calls so I was thinking about buying a cheap phone with a pay as you go type minute plan.

If anyone has any advice please reply

    Thanks

    (2 weeks until we go!!)

I had thought about the very same thing - just get a pay as you go phone there. I bet they even probably sell them in the airports etc. When I had ATT, I could have got a overseas GSM plan while I was traveling, but other than that I think a local pay as you go phone is the only way to ensure you get a phone that even works there.
