I can't look at EVD anymore the same way now..... *sigh* so many bad memories I want to forget....
Anyway, back on topic....
Lucky looks to be the same speice as the one in DinoTopia, but I don't think it looks like the one from the show. Lucky doesn't have strips....yet.

Re: DCA animatronic dinosaur [Lucky]
I was posting a lot on a different thread and then found this one.
1st - Amazing just Amazing
2nd - The crowds are drawn to this concept. If they spend money on anything put it into this...now!
3rd - mention on the other thread about if the movie Home on the Range is a success then put the character a bear in DCA - a fit, I think soJonathan Telfer<br />jonathan@mouseinfo.com

I think you mean "Brother Bear". "Home On The Range" is about 3 cows in the old west, and how they save their town.

Good idea DisneyheartJonathan, they could make huge mammoths and sabre toothed tigers and stuff, that would be cool.

Re: Re: DCA animatronic dinosaur [Lucky]
Home on the Range is about cows, Brother Bear is about bears. A cow could go int he farm section I guess, but a bear could really go anywhere in DCA because it is the state animal.

Re: DCA animatronic dinosaur [Lucky]
Boy do I feel sheepish -
Home on the Range = AA Cows = Pies in the faces of way to many people at Disney - send the cows out to graze.
Brother Bear = Cute, Fun to interact with, AA Bear = no cow pies and praise all around for the smart people at Disney
Please forgive the brain cramp - it's Friday
With regards to Yesteryear/land. They could really make it a selling point for DCA here's how:
Starting with Yesteryear but expanding it to other parks of DCA. The guest, esp. younger ones. would get a pin or something on a chain that had their name programed into it and whenever they came close to an AA dino or rode one the dino would talk to them personally. The Dino's would "know" you. This concept would expand to other parts of the park, Flick could give you a personal guided tour of FFF as you were flying in his Flying Contraptions. It would start with Yesteryear but become the trademark of DCA where "California is calling your name"Last edited by DisneyHeartJonathan; 08-22-2003 at 02:49 PM.
