This may sound "old hat", but my day to run the Park would include an evening (and forever more) performance of the Disneyland Main Street Electrical Parade! You want the Disney Spirit back - there it is.

Lots of people (old mostly) tell me that when Walt made DL, it was for the use of poor children, is this true? If it is then I would do just that if I had DL!

I would lower prices to 40.00
    Fix up stuff
    Redo tommorowland
Open up attractions that they closed that can still be used.
    Lower food prices
    Distribute more FP's
Keep the park open till 12:00 every night
Make a online network for startours...so you can have more vacations and stuff....

First off, I would make everyone follow a dress code. It would be nice if for just one day, people dressed up to go to DL like when it opened. It would be opened to children who would not normally be able to afford or go to the park. They would all get special ID tags like the CM nametags and everything would be free for the kids and they would all get a commemorative gift- like they give at those expensive special events! The high prices all the regular guests pay would go towards children's foundations as well. And during all this, I would stand in the window of Walt's appartment and smile down on all the happy people just as Walt did.

I would let everyone who wanted to have a turn in the parade! I would also like to climb the Matterhorn with Mickey and I would like to be Minnie Mouse for a day!!
I would also like to see all the secret underground places!!!! It would also be really neat to have all the characters (even rare ones!)gather at the castle for a photo session (all together)with whoever would like a picture with them! I would also make sure that Princess Jasmine wasn't so busty - there is just something about Dad's smiling a little to big when their kid is getting their picture taken with her in her skimpy top and oversize bust!

I would close it all off to the public and invite inner city kids, their parents or leagal guardians, youth groups from churches around the West Coast, and security, lots of security.
For the inner city kids, they would each be able to pick out an outfit for free, so would their parents. Free burgers, gumbo and cotton candy all day long.
A parade with the cast of "Stomp!" and "Bring in da noise, bring in da Funk" and just about every disnty character you can think of.
Then my band would play at the Tomorrowland Terrace.
Especially for Mouseinfo members and their families I would offer this package: dinner at Club 33 also an all day buffet there for whenever we had the munchies, as well as private passes to DCA, rooms at the Californian and any travel expenses including compensation for missing work would be covered.

How to bring Disney bankrupt within a day.
