If I ran Disney for the day, I would limit the amount of people coming in the main gate....so that it was really comfy for those inside the park. I'll also up crowd control, and actually give them a plan of action, instead of some random thing to make the crowd do. I would lower the prices of nutritional foods....and meals, and raise the prices of junk food, to encourage people to eat better, which will help keep them from being so damn cranky!

I would also preserve the magic with stories of Walt, and not stories of what characters and Cast Members do backstage. I would however introduce them to the mystic of Walt's secrets....like his apartment, and the story about his light.

Reading about Walt's apartment..it's a wonder to me that Eisner hasn't (ala Bill Clinton and the Lincoln bedroom) rented out the apt. to high rollers for an extra buck. Or has he?

For my day of running DL..I would make it a policy that on EVERY ride..when a guy named Doug from San Diego approaches, the ride is cleared of all other people and Doug is let in for a private runthrough with the LIGHTS ON. Oh..and the park would be open till 2am but EVERYONE else would have to go home at 6pm...(lol)

    lets see..
1 - I would hold a gun at the repair people unil they got rocket rods back up and running (LOL)
2 - Have a set date once a year where the homeless/poor families can come and enjoy the magic of disneyland for free (including food and one free item from a gift shop)
3 - Lower the prices of the Blue Bayou
4 - Have Belive, There's Magic in the Stars show every night
5 - Sit in walts hidden balcony and watch the fireworks

I would lower the selling price of DCA on E-Bay before it sucks the life out of DL. Well if I really was in charge, all children under the age of 10 would have free admission to DL, Limit ticket sales to DL at 35,000 and give half-off for the ticket price to DCA.
If it happens remember my name because I told you first.
