Grizzly River Run with Brother Bear theme?

Do you think it'd be a good idea to give Grizzly River Run a Brother Bear theme? I think it'd be nice. The ride would only have to be down for a couple months for the rehab. Seeing that BB will be a success and that it really needs an attraction also helps. And the GRR mountain looks like the one from the movie. It could be themed to the story of Brother Bear, or a whole new storyline, like you join Koda on his way down the river to the salmon run. What is your opinion?

I think itd be a intresting change,id support it only if it was done right.

Itd be cool to see a AA Koda....plus it would add a little backstory to the attraction,..so yeah why not

i think it would be a great idea, because GRR lacks that special "Disney Spark" that sets it aside from other rides of the same type. Other than the fact that there is the mountain shaped like a bear, it is almost exactly like any other river rapids type ride.

It would be greAt ! ! ! The ride Is short and boring except for the few falls. But with a few AA's it would be awesome! You could have the mooses and the bears and maybe even an Indian family. I know this sounds stupid but you know how at Universal studios on the ET ride at the end ET says your name maybe they could do that ... like at the end have one of the bears waving goodbye saying your name

I've said it time and again, there is a background story for GRR. It's on that rock in front of the attraction.

However, I don't like the whole kayak decor crap that is littered around the attraction. It really adds nothing to the experience.

Therefore, I would totally love if they added Brother Bear characters to the ride. hippie suggested that it be themed after the Salmon Run which I totally agree would be awesome.

i think they should, it gives them disney magic. And it would attract more people going there saying i saw them in the movie.

i THINK DRINK SUM IS RIGHT ! People would love to see characters on GRR. When I went on it a few weeks ago the people I sat next to were all asking eachother where the animals were. I mean I think they were expecting jungle cruise material.

Honestly?

I like Grizzly River Run just the way it is.

Don't get me wrong, I love 'Brother Bear,' but I like the story to Grizzly River Run as is. Plus, I don't want to see Grizzly Peak Recreation Area turn into 'Brother Bear Land.'

I'm all up for them adding a Brother Bear theme to GRR. It would make the ride a much better experience. However, there are a couple possible down falls (no pun intended). The first is that you are constantly spinning, which means that you could miss stuff, but that just gives you another reason to ride it again. The second being that the ride is so fast that you would only see the animals for a split second until you round another corner.

Like I said, I love the ride how it is.

But I'm all for them adding animatronics to the attraction. I would just want them be based on real bears, rather than characters from 'Brother Bear.'
