I wrote an e-mail to the disneyland resort to show my concern about this. I let them know that i was upset that wdw was being spruced up for a birthday celebration but yet Walt's firts original dream is being neglected there response was that a celebratiion was being planned but were not ready to release info

LOL, they can figure out what they are doing at the huge resort, but they are not ready to release info what is going on at the smaller resort! I love their official statements!

MGM needs the boost more so than Disneyland. Look for the 2000 celebration did for Epcot.
It makes sense. I am sure we will see some small things here at Disneyland. However, nothing like MGM.

But for Disney fanatics, it is all about the respect and tribute, not about smart numbers decisions. I think DL should get something truely special to honor Walt.

EEyore, I agree with you 100% but since Walts passing Disney has put more weight in "smart numbers" - it all comes down to can smart numbers and magic blend into one?Originally posted by EEyore:
