Yes, well if we were rolling in money than going to WDW whenever we wanted to would be great. But WDW is more of a once a year or every two years trip for us.Originally Posted by disneyfreak62

But if we had everything they have there, you wouldn't need to go at all. I like being able to go once a year or every two years and get the feeling that I am experienceing something different and new. We get spoiled being AP holders in being able to go to DLR whenever we want and it is great, but you dont get that same feeling you get when you know you might not be back for a couple of years. I would hate to have Disney's Clone Adventure ruin that effects when I do save up and make it down to Orlando.

Then you'll enjoy the stuff there even more, because you'll see it less often!

Re: Rockin Roller Coaster in DCA?
If I had the choice of ANY ride I could dream up, it would be a priates/Indianna Jones quality dark ride with awesome effects, 50-100 AAs, rich 3D sets, and an imaginative, unique, fantasy based theme set far from CA. However.... I think the odds of that are about the same as the odds of me winning the lottery (which I don't play).
As for what we're likely to get.... A cardboard and fiberglass dark ride, another off-the-shelf flat ride (if better dressed up than the ones in SFPP, a trolly, a water/light/laser show for the lagoon, or RnRC, I'd take RnRC ANY day.
There is plenty of room in the ugly, mostly closed, food court wharf and in the parking lot behind there, for RnRC.

Funny, you actually kinda described RNRC.
If you want to look at things in that light, then yes I would rather have RNRC than what would be considered inferior attractions. But I also think that there are alot of better attractions possible and the ultimate Indy-like AA dark ride is asking way too much from today's Disney.

Ummmmm.... No. A launched, indoor, looping corkscrew coaster with popular, pulse-pumping rock music is not like the pooh darkride that opened in DLR last year.

Re: Rockin Roller Coaster in DCA?
RnRc is a fun ride but if it were between that and a brand new, unique attraction that uses the great potential Disney has, I would much rather have that great new attraction. Soarin' and Indy type attractions that are uniquely Disney are what make people go "Wow, that was something". Not to put down RnRc (because I do really enjoy the ride), but I'd like to see something new, as many would.

New, that is as good as unique and cool as Soarin' or Indiana. Sure.... That would be better than RnRC.

Yes, I am sure they can fit a "quality" ride where Maliboomer is or where Mulholland Madness is or Golden Zephyr. Yup, loads of space.

Dinosaur is an Indy-like AA dark ride. Very fun too.
