Lucky was never meant to be a part of DCA, it was just there for a few days for public testing.

Re: Whatever Happened to Lucky the Dinosaur?
You can do some back searching on this topic, there were many threads about it. Long story short....Lucky was designed, tested at DCA, and was supposed to be sent to DAK.

Re: Whatever Happened to Lucky the Dinosaur?
Well that's too bad. Are we going to get any cool animitronics like that at DCA?

So 3 "Luckys", just guessing but...
One for DLR
One for WDW
One for TDR
and once again, nothing for DLP.
Kinda' sad.

Watch out for the spawn of Lucky!!!

I'm glad he's being cloned...but if they do bring one to DCA, I pray for a change of costume. I want to see a Grizzly, or Dim from "a bug's life"!

Re: Whatever Happened to Lucky the Dinosaur?
There was an article and pictures about Lucky in the Disney Magazine. Can't remember which issue. They said he was testing in DCA and at LA's Natural Historic Museum or something. THen i guess DAK. I saw it once. looked cool. grabbed a lot of attention. Not only can it move forwards, it can move backwards as well.

Re: Whatever Happened to Lucky the Dinosaur?
I was never wild about the whole "Renaisnace Fair" look of the cart and helper. I'd rather see the cart filled with archaeological equipment, and the helper dressed accrodingly. That way, he could fit into Condor Flats at DCA.

Shoot. I was hoping we would get Lucky. Ooops. That didn't come out the way I intended!
