    Thumbs down Broken rides 5/23

Last Sunday my husband and I were at DLR and so many rides were down. Luckliy they weren't down the whole day, but if I were visiting from out of town rather than a spoiled AP who's there every couple of weeks I would have been pissed. We were at DCA and right as we got in line with the screamn' fastpass it broke down. So we went to DL. As we were walking to get fastpasses Indy, HM, Splash and Pooh were all down. Splash was down for a long time, but the others were up and running after awhile. Screamin' was up later as well. Later we went to ride Toad and it broke down! I have never had a day with such bad luck. In FL PP and Alice were down for referb. I have been going to DL forever and I have never seen so many rides down!
    I love Disneyland!!!!

It was frustrating. we never got to ride Screamin' this trip. It was down when we went by on Sunday and the same on Tuesday when we went over there again. It was up and running agin just in time for us to leave the park.

Also on Sunday, at the DLH both slides at the Neverland Pool were closed as were the little walkways that go down and around the waterfalls.

That would really piss me off. Isn't that why you pay the extra $ for the DLH? And after the Grotto experience I bet you were fuming!

It never fails for Screamin' to break down. With the exception of a trip in 2001, Screamin' has been broken down every single time I have ever tried to go to it over the course of ten trips. What an unreliable piece of crap. Great coaster, though!

Screamin' was always working the 3 different times I was up there.
Great, I just jinxed myself. Now when I go there later this summer everything will be down .

Im happy to say that I have never had this problem, however its dissapointing that you had to experience it yourself.

In the past it seems Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain are down a lot more than the others. Wonder why...anyone have any ideas?

I was there last sunday,it seemed like everything was opened within an hour or two of opening. It's kind of funny to hear some people say screaming is always broken down when you go. I go to dca about two times a month and I've only seen it closed once in the last year or so.
...the value of an idea has nothing whatsoever to do with the sincerity of the man who expresses it.

maybe we are just super lucky because I rarely notice Screamin' down, and I go about as much as you do.
