Compare this to DCA's 3 E-Tickets, 2 of which are unthemed (ToT, Screamin', GRR) and one D-Ticket (Soarin').
You must mean 2 that are themed, GRR is themed, in case you don't know.
And no new park will open with 7 E-Tickets. Be reasonable.

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
This is very old information. Nothing new.
A better rumor is (1) What will go into the Timon Parking Lot as a NEW LAND.
(2) What is the new E-Ticket that will blow TOT into the parking lot? TOT, while GOOD, isn't good enough. Too short of a ride. Not immersive enough.
(3) What will happen to the California theme? Will it get better or worse?

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
"DCA is still only a 3/4 day park at best."
That's only because your attitude is 3/4 negative.
"and many D-tickets (Star Tours, Jungle Cruise, Autotopia, Roger Rabbit)."
It's called Autopia.
"and one D-Ticket (Soarin'). "
Many people say that Soarin is one of the best motion simulators that they have been on. It, in my opinion, is not a D-Ticket. It is an E-ticket.

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
I hope the new land in the Timon Lot is Chinatown,it could be the "new orleans square" of DCA,small quaint shops restaurants, little chinese lanterns over head....maybe a Mulan dark ride,it would be cool.

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
I saw tear out Golden dreams and other things around it and put Western River Expedition in there, but make it a California River Expedition and have stuff about the gold rush, etc in it. In the Hollywood Pictures Backlot put a Monsters Inc ride in. I think that is good for the next 5 years then after that the Timon Lot becomes a whole new land with at least 1 E ticket and a few D or C tickets.
I agree though that DL needs an E ticket in the next 5 years too. (not Space - that doesn't count)"Our heritage and ideals, our code and standards - the things we live by and teach our children - are preserved or diminished by how freely we exchange ideas and feelings." Walt Disney

Actually it has more. These current attractions were also "E-Coupons" in the old ticket system, crica 1972

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
They need to address other issues at DCA before they ever break ground on a new "land", like doing something with the back corner of HPB, and re-doing Route 66. The Timon lot is probably in the 10 year plan...

Wow, Tiki Room is an E ticket? They don't treat it that way. Monorail too.

Re: DCA's 5 year plan?
I think for Route 66 they could put in a great ride called Autopia where you drive cars along the CA part of Route 66 and end at the Santa Monoca Pier, but in this case it would be Paradise Pier.
