    DCA's 5 year plan?

DCAcentral.com has this one thier site:
    DCA's Five Year Plan Rumor
Management has completed a Five-Year Plan for DCA which includes a major E-Ticket and a D-Ticket within that time. (4/18/2004)
I know its a few months old,but how possible would this be? wouldnt they have to start work on these rides now to get them both completed in 5 years time? does anyone know how credible this rumor is? post your thoughts!!

Al reported this a while back that might be their source of the information.

I'd expect AT LEAST another E ticket and a D Ticket in that time, if not 2 E-Tickets and a couple C's.

There aren't many more cheap fixes like Bugs Land, Millionaire and Playhouse Disney that they can try. Now the park needs money and lots of it.

Im all for DCA getting a new E ticket! Who wouldnt be? But Im also hoping for a new E ticket in Disneyland within at least the next 10 years.

The next biggest thing I wish for DCA is a Pirate's level (theme and story etc.) family friendly, stlye ride. If its the Monsters Inc. idea then great. It would add another greatly themed attraction.

I like the rumors of a POTC style western boat ride, I think that DCA would benefit greatly from an attraction that could be another timeless classic.

DL needs a new E-ticket more. The park is starting to feel old and stale.

I would prefer an old west E-ticket ride, rather than a monsters inc ride. Sometimes it is better to have non-character attractions at the park. I think that the old west ride also is more true to the theme of california.

For a local with an AP, maybe. For the occasional visitor, there is more than enough to fill a day, where as DCA is still only a 3/4 day park at best.

DL has 7 E-tickets (Spalsh, Mansion, Pirates, Indy, BTMRR, Space, Matterhorn) and many D-tickets (Star Tours, Jungle Cruise, Autotopia, Roger Rabbit).

Compare this to DCA's 3 E-Tickets, 2 of which are unthemed (ToT, Screamin', GRR) and one D-Ticket (Soarin').

Besides, Disney doesn't want to get into the Six Flags trap of having to add a new ride every year or two or people stop coming. Disney brings you in because they are better, not because they have something new.

If they add Western River Expedition to DCA that would be awesome!
