    Nightmare before christmas

    When we were at DLR last week I spoke to a cast member in the La baton rouge (SP) store as we looked at NBC merchandise..he said they may move the NBC stuff to a smaller location and also that this may be the last year for the Haunted Mansion holiday...anyone else hear this ?..

    I haven't heard that, but I hope it's not true. Also, Le Baton Rouge is always so crowded with HMH. I hope it doesn't move to a smaller location any time soon. HMH is just around the corner!

    Actually, I remember reading an update sometime earlier this year that HMH will be moving to Florida or something along the lines of it no longer becoming available for Disneyland.

    I believe it was only the merchandising event that was cancelled for next year, not the overlay.

    Well, what if they want to have as many attractions as possible open for the duration of the 50th celabration? In that case they may skip the holiday overlays for next year.

    Not saying they are going to do this or that it is even a good idea...just a thought that occured to me the other day.

    Dis Co is insane if they literally "move" HMH to Florida. HELLO! That event made for NO off season in the California parks!!!! Bah.. insanity.. The amount of merch they sold, the amount of guests in the Parks for HMH.. place was packed. Take away HMH = take away the off season crowds.

    Its still going to happen during the 50th, its just another big crowd puller for the 50th....

    i think they should make a store just for the NB4Xmas stuff. that is a big portion of thhe store, but it doesn't really fit the theme of that being a villian store. If there is any NB4Xmas stuff in the villian store it should only be Oogie Boogie.
