    Jolly Trolley MIA?

Is the Jolly Trolley just gone!?!? It isn't on the official website anymore. It can't be. I loved seeing that silly thing bobbing its way back and forth across Toontown.

I wouldn't doubt it, it hasn't been operating for quite a long time......

when the queue used to be outside operation was not possible because the storage for the trolley is behind gate the queue passed by. Now that its inside i wouldn't doubt it could reopen.

I dont know why but I have a feeling that Roger Rabbit's fastpass is just a convenient excuse.

Call me crazy but I highly doubt asking people to move away from the gate to allow the trolley through was much of an issue. How often did it have to go backstage anyway?

it would need to go backstage if something went wrong with it, it needs to go backstage when crowds get too thick, people will cut in line while you bring out the trolly or put it back in

there are a TON of issues with something like having a backstage area sealed off by a que line (the entire Roger Rabit standby was outside and under moldy unbrellas with misters)

sides we're forgetting the Pressler/Harris management probably loved this idea I mean they could be lazy and not alter a que PLUS they could cut costs by closing down a ride sure they had to add umbrellas/misters but they wouldn't have to replace em I mean nobody notices a little mildew :B

I'm not going to get all misty eyed over the jolly trolley. If it comes back cool,if not oh well.
...the value of an idea has nothing whatsoever to do with the sincerity of the man who expresses it.

    Re: Jolly Trolley MIA?

Again, I doubt that having the line cross the gate was a big deal. I figured all of those snags but I still find it hard to believe that that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was hinting at its closure more for budgetary purposes. I think the standby queue was a convenient excuse and little more.
