Pirates Boats? Splash FastPass?

youknow I have to wonder now are the pirates boats one of the small enhancements to be found all around the park durring the 50th

anywho what would be nice for Splash is if durring the refurbishment they could get that owl working again, and maybe add an animatronic owl to the que like what Tokyo has ((oooh that's it we should get enhancements from Disney parks all over the world since we arn't getting their attractions like WDW is))

When I first saw the new boat my reaction was: "Wow. That is really fake wood." I wasn't convinced I liked it better than multi-colored boats.

Now as I reflect on it, I like the wood boats. But did they have to be that fake? Of course, is there really anyway to make fake wood look good?

Personally I like Splash FP where it moved to (next to HM), that way I didn't have to walk all the way down to get my FP and then all the way back to wait for what is usually HOURS!!

my guess is they want to pull more traffic into Critter Country and ridding Pooh of fastpass and moving the area back to were it used to be is a good way to get people into the land

I was always curious way on pirate's opening day, the boats were multi-colored. how come it took nearly 40 years to actually theme the boats the right way?

Yeah I am sure you are right about this. And I am sure that is why they did do it. We ride Pooh anyway, so the location of FP for Splash really doesn't effect/change this.
