Anyone want to speculate on what "favorite pastime experiences" we might be able to relive? The subs is probably the most obvious. My other guesses would be and all new peoplemover and perhaps some type of replacement ride for the old rocket jets pad/observatron.Originally Posted by Marcie
My "blue sky" wishes would be a 4D adventure thru innerspace in place of HISTA and an updated Carousel of Progress show where Innoventions is (just make innoventions the 2nd floor). I'd still like to see them pull out the Starcade completely and use both floors for 1 or 2 new attractions as well.

Flying Saucers? It's been rumored to be in development for the MK's TL for a long time now...maybe they will put an updated version in DL instead.

Flying Saucers would be great, as would People Mover.

1) Flying Saucers -- this has been in the works for a while now, and we've even seen concept art float onto the internet about it.
2) PeopleMover -- They have this beam out there, and a lot of people telling them they miss the ride. The peoplemover track being empty is probably the primary contributor to the area looking dead. This has to be something they will fix.
3) Subs -- everyone knows about this.
4) Observatron -- Marcie has mentioned before that something is being thought up for this position.
Otherwise, the only things from TL past would be along the lines of:
1) House of the future
2) ATIS
3) Mission to Mars/Flight to the Moon
4) CircleVision
5) Captain Eo/Magic Journeys
6) Hall of Aluminium featuring KAP, the Kaiser Aluminium Pig
7) Monsanto Hall of Chemistry
8) Bathroom of the future
9) Phantom boats
10) Skyway
11) Carousel of Progress
12) Art of Animation/Art Corner
13) Circle Flight Theater
14) Hobby area (can't recall the name at the moment)
15) Yacht bar
That's what I can think of off the top of my head. I really doubt we'll be seeing Kap again. You may contact me via jonvn@nadelberg.com.

Re: "Favorite Pastime Experiences" - Ask Marcie Spinoff thread
i might be the only one thinking this, but what was so great about the people mover? i never thought it was much of a ride, just a smaller version of the monorail. i would definitely choose the rocket rods over the people mover.

Just a nice ride with great views of most of the park. Relaxing and fun. I could see the updated version being a tad faster with some added stuff in the tunnels. The Rocket Rods were OK, but due to the limitations of the track, never realized their full potential.

yeah, rocket rods weren't amazing, but i thought they were fun... i like the sounds it made... all i remember from the people mover is going in a room and seeing sloppy lights everywhere. it's an ok ride, but not awesome IMO.

As others said, PM had some great views of the park and was very relaxing. Not everything has to get your adrenalin flowing.

Re: "Favorite Pastime Experiences" - Ask Marcie Spinoff thread
PM just made TL look cool. The ride experience was nothing special, some nice views here and there, but for the most part kind of dull. I think the "look" of Tomorrowland is much more complete with the cars moving overhead.
