That kind of show is exactly what I was trying to describe

That's funny, because when I talked to someone I met from Disneyland's Entertainment Division, she said that most all of the people who work in Disney Creative Entertainment (theme park overall ent.-and supposedly a pretty small group) come from professional theatre backgrounds, including Broadway and the like. Art/Theatre people are always snubbing each other.

I'm addicted to Disneyland. Disneyland hobbies are expensive. If I become a bum people are going to say "Don't give him money, he's just gonna use it on Disneyland."

I miss Blast. Seems like it was the most popular show ever to play in that building. Can't argue with what works- especially in DCA.

I think Alladin has been the most popular show in that building.

I really liked the idea of having a non-Disney show in that theater. There is plenty of room for Disney character stuff in the other theme park. I liked the early stages of DCA entertainment, when they were trying to make the offerings at the park a complete 180 degrees from Disneyland. I know they got a lot of complaints about things not being "Family Friendly," but I really liked the idea of a more adult entertainment offering to complement the often too-kiddie oriented Disneyland entertainment menu.

I don't like Snow White or Aladdin, but I loved Blast and I really liked the original "Steps in Time" and that stomp-like thing they did at the backlot stage. I thought that Eureka was the best Disney Parade since Hercules, and I liked the walk-around characters that weren't cartoons, like the vine thing and those cool sommersaulting banners.

Maybe they could do some kind of Cirque du Soleil thing there next.
    So there.

I would love to see the ladies of disney burlesque show.
...the value of an idea has nothing whatsoever to do with the sincerity of the man who expresses it.
