Can anyone tell me here or PM me what the Disneyland SERVICE model is and the 4 keys in order of important. I know the Service model starts like : Smile, and ends with "End with a thank you"... and I know the 4 keys is Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency ... but is that the right order? Thanks in advanced

^^^ This is how everyone in every guest service industry should treat the consumer. The world would be a better place. It is amazing how 99.99% of consumers appreciate knowing that their time and dollars are appreciated as well.
